Opening line

The TBL-3 MIXING SYSTEM has been designed and developed to meet the new requirements in the textile industry, particularly in production sectors such as non-woven products, felts, the mattress industry and others.

Our bale openers are suitable for many different types of fibre, short and medium length. Each bale opener is equipped with a double horizontal conveyor and can be loaded with full bales of different sizes and weights.

The opening of the bales on the opening line is carried out by a PVC spiked-apron, driven by an inverter. The evener roller and the take-off roller are individually driven by a geared motor, controlled by an inverter.
