Edge Trim Opener ET-1000
Edge Trim Opener ET-1000 has been designed and constructed for the in-line recycling on the lateral edge trims of needled and thermal bonded non woven products.
Our ET-1000 model is made up of threshold, the feed roller and the main drum – both clothed with the right wire. There are also available versions with main drum fitted with aluminium or wooden pin bars/lags, depends on type of recycled materials. The machine is equipped additional with the infeed conveyor - for easier feeding of the materials.

The Edge Trim Opener has been constructed and designed by experienced TEKATEX specialists. It is used to recycle post-production offcuts generated during the needlework processes of fibres and non-woven materials. The machines of our production are ready for operation - tested and checked for functionality and safety of use.
The Edge Trim Opener ET-1000 consists of a threshold, a feeding roller and a main drum, all of which are covered with a the metallic card-clothing. There is also the possibility to choose a version with the main drum fitted with pins or wooden lags with the pins. It all depends on the materials to be recycled.
